Canon Summary: "High school student Ao decides he’s in love with Ryoumei-san, a priest at the local shrine and Ao’s childhood friend. Not one to beat around the bush, Ao immediately tells Ryoumei he wants to do perverted things together, but it will take more than a little persuading to get the shocked Ryoumei into bed. Between bad advice, romantic rivals, and Ryoumei’s scruples, there are many obstacles in the path of true love."

Occupation: High School Junior (Occasionally helps out in his aunt's bar)
Appearance: Ao is a very "cute" young man with bright brown eyes and hair. He's thin and small in stature but his body is fairly toned.



Personality: To most people he seems entirely harmless and innocent, but those more familiar with him will know of his very frank nature and unabashed speech. Even when being outright perverse, Ao's harmless and earnest demeanor allows him to behave in a way that would probably be much more problematic for anyone else. His attractiveness gets him a lot of attention, though he considers himself to be average. Ao has dated several females in the past; all of whom had notably large breasts. (Though he insists this is a coincidence.) Despite his shortness, Ao is actually a lot tougher than he looks, and is a the toughest Black-belt in his karate class. Still, his head-in-the-clouds nature- and tendency to take things lightly without thinking them through- means that he constantly needs to be looked out for by those around him. His friends and various locals in town have a tendency to spoil him, but he really does appreciate it. When it comes to the things he's really serious about, he can be very persistent- though Ao is unused to rejection, so he's very sensitive to it. Ao has "very clear likes and dislikes", so it's obvious when he enjoys someone's company- but he also makes it very apparent when he dislikes someone. Ao is quite prone to having nosebleeds.



History: Ao's parents separated when he was very young, and so he was primarily raised by his aunt (Or "Baa-Chan"). His aunt works as a "mama"; running a local snack bar, which Ao sometimes helps out in as well. His aunt is also a very frank but kind person and well-loved in town. Though most people wouldn't know it, Ao has a twin brother named Aka who lives out with his mother. They don't get along well at all, and Ao is actually rather mean to him, in direct contrast to the more polite way he treats (most) others.

Note: JUST BECAUSE I MAY HAVE IT SO THAT AO HAS A CRUSH ON/WANTS TO BONE YOUR CHARACTER DOESN'T MEAN THIS ACTUALLY HAS TO HAPPEN. I am totally for unrequited feelings and heartbreak if that's the route you'd rather go because I'm a bad person who likes to put Ao through tough shit sometimes. Alternately, I'm also totally for keeping stuff entirely platonic or just having fluffy shippy stuff without the smut. OR even vice-versa, if your character likes Ao but Ao doesn't have the same feelings toward them... That might also be interesting to play out, as Ao can be pretty harsh if he really doesn't like someone. (Though he wouldn't be quite as cold to someone he considers a friend, he'd still be quick to reject them.) Whatever you prefer is a-ok with me. Just let me know what you're in the mood for!
